The following positions are currently available :-
1. CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL LAWYER
- At least 2 years PQE with experience in advising listed companies and securities issues
2. CHINA BUSINESS LAWYER
- At least 2 years PQE with proven track record in China related mergers and acquisitions
3. TRAINEE SOLICITOR
The ideal candidates should be Hong Kong admitted with strong academics, fluent Chinese skills and good English and are enthusiastic about the legal practice. Mid to senior level applicants with a proven track record including a book of business may also apply.
