Our lawyers assume significant responsibility early and work closely with supervising lawyers to tackle the challenging but rewarding work. We look for lawyers who are entrepreneurial and able to take a creative approach to solving the issues and matters faced by our clients. We provide continuing education and training to ensure the continued development of our lawyers' skills and abilities.

The following positions are currently available :-

1.  Litigation Senior Associate

at lease 5 years PQE and proven track record in corporate and commercial litigation to lead our litigation team;

2.  Corporate/Securities Associate

at least 2 years PQE and experience working with Hongkong listed companies;
 
3. China Business Associate

at least 1 year PQE with experience on cross border transactional matters;
 
4. 2nd Year Trainee Solicitor

Good academic records and has handled commercial litigation or corporate and commercial matters;
 
5. Company Secretarial Assistant

at least 1 year experience preferably a professional firm and ICSA/HKICS student members.
