Alice obtained her law degree in the University of Manchester (United Kingdom) and completed her postgraduate certificate in laws at the University of Hong Kong. Alice joined our firm in March 2007 and she has experience in various commercial matters including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, company secretarial and compliance. Alice also specializes in both Hong Kong and PRC employment laws and is involved in intellectual properties matters. In our firm, Alice assists in all types of commercial, employment and intellectual property matters. She has handled the acquisition and restructuring of a multimedia company with subsidiaries in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia, pre-acquisition due diligence exercises and advised corporate and individual clients on both Hong Kong and PRC employment laws including the PRC Employment Contract Law, double taxation and cross-border employment arrangements. She handles worldwide intellectual property registrations including pre-registration advice, registration and protection strategies, licensing and other transfer methods. Alice is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. | |
