Margaret Yiu Hung Chiu LLB Margaret obtained her law degree at the City University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same University in 2007. Prior to joining our firm, Margaret has experience in conveyancing and civil litigation during her internship at both chambers and law firm. She was also employed as a Summer Intern in the Department of Justice, where she provided in-house legal advice on claims arising from traffic accidents and contractual disputes to various government departments. In addition, Margaret worked with the Government Counsels on various projects and transactions, which include attending meetings with the Liquor Licensing Board and in advising them on intellectual property rights disputes. In our firm, she is being trained in various Litigation, Commercial and China Business matters. Margaret is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
