Margaret obtained her law degree at the City University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the same University in 2007. During her traineeship in our firm, Margaret acquired experience in various Corporate and Commercial matters including the acquisition of a majority shareholding in a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, pre-acquisition due diligence and general transactional and commercial contractual matters. She also handles worldwide intellectual property registrations and advisory matters and advises on the grant of probate and estate and trust administration. In our firm, she assists in various commercial, intellectual property and probate matters. Margaret is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. | |
