Brief Description of Experience :  

Christopher obtained his first degree in Commerce from the University of Sydney, Australia majoring in Accounting and Econometrics.  He then obtained his law degree from the same University.  Christopher worked with our firm for 2004 to 2006.  Prior to re-joining our firm, Christopher worked with two international law firms where he focused on corporate finance and commercial work.

 

Christopher has acted for international investment banks and issuers in several initial public offerings including Tianneng Power International Limited and Tao Heung Holdings Limited.  In 2008, he advised Asia Cement (China) Holdings Corporation, one of the leading integrated cement producers in China, in its HK$2.3 billion initial public offering on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.  Christopher has also advised listed companies on ongoing regulatory compliance, corporate restructuring and corporate and commercial matters.

 

In our firm, Christopher specialises in corporate finance and securities business.  He advises companies on Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing requirements, post IPO initiatives, Takeovers Code matters, private fund raising, mergers and acquisitions (especially those of a cross border nature), securities law including licensing advice and corporate restructuring.

 

Christopher is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
