Hinson Cheung Pak Hin LLB Hinson Cheung first obtained an honours degree in Surveying at the University of Hong Kong. He then received his LLB degree from the University of London as an external student. He obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the City University of Hong Kong in 2009. Before joining our firm as a trainee solicitor, Hinson initially worked as a Quantity Surveyor consultant for developers. Then, as a construction claim consultant acting for contractors, he handled a variety of contractual disputes involving more than 30 projects ranging from residential interior renovation work to a hydro-dam construction in Nepal, and other general construction litigation and arbitration proceedings. In our firm, he is being trained in commercial litigation, banking and corporate matters both contentious and non-contentious. Hinson is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
