Janet first studied Arts at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver BC and subsequently obtained her law degree from the University of Hong Kong. Upon her admission as a solicitor, she worked as a corporate counsel for a listed group handling listed companies compliance, venture capital financing, joint ventures and merger and acquisition matters.
In our firm, Janet advises banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on loan and security transactions (both domestic and international) including syndicated loans, bank mergers and acquisitions, due diligence and debt restructuring and documentation. She also has experience acting for major developers on all types of leases in Hong Kong, advising corporate and individual clients in real estate transactions such as sale, purchase, mortgage of commercial, residential and industrial properties and for financial institutions in secured lending and mortgagees' sales. | |
