Nikki Lam Kwan Wai LLB

Brief Description of Experience :

  

 

Nikki earned her first degree in Commerce at the University of Toronto in Canada, specialising in Finance and Marketing before embarking on her legal studies.  She obtained her degree in Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the City University of Hong Kong and completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the same university.  Nikki was called to the Hong Kong Bar in 2008.  

 

Through her period of training as a barrister, she has gained extensive exposure to diverse areas of law.  In particular, she has undertaken substantial training in civil litigation and has assisted in cases involving contentious corporate and commercial matters.  Nikki has voluntarily removed herself from the Bar in order to join our firm.  

 

In our firm, she is being trained in all types of corporate and commercial matters both contentious and non-contentious.  

 

Nikki is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
