Raymond Chan Ying Kit BEng(Hons), LLB Raymond first obtained an honours degree in Computer Engineering at the University of Hong Kong before completing the Common Professional Examination of England and Wales and the top-up Bachelor of Laws (LLB) co-organised by the Manchester Metropolitan University and HKU SPACE. In 2008, he also obtained his Postgraduate Certificate in Laws at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining our firm as a trainee solicitor, Raymond worked at the Lands Department handling issues relating to removal of assignment clauses in leases and sale of New Territories village houses and at the Customs and Excise Department assisting in the planning and development of new boundary control points for Hong Kong. In our firm, he is being trained in all types of corporate and commercial matters both contentious and non-contentious. Raymond is fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
