Ivan obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance with First Class Honours in 2015 from Hong Kong Shue Yan University. He then pursued his legal education, obtaining a Juris Doctor degree in 2017 and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 2018, both from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Ivan is also a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) of the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.

Prior to joining our firm, Ivan gained valuable experience in civil litigation and arbitration proceedings in two established domestic law firms. His areas of practice includes handling contractual disputes, and has acted in shareholder disputes, unfair prejudice petitions, breaches of directors’ duties cases, land disputes, family disputes and arbitration cases. In our firm, Ivan focuses on acting for a wide range of foreign and domestic clients in cross boarder commercial litigation and dispute resolution cases.
