Grace Cheung has been a Chartered Secretary, Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Chartered Secretaries and Administrator since 20 April 1999.
Prior to joining our firm, Grace worked in various Certified Public Accountants firms as a Supervisor/Senior Secretarial Assistant handling routine company secretarial work and offshore companies. She has wide range of experience in corporate secretarial matters.
She joined us in 1998 and leads our Corporate Secretarial Department. She is in charge of all company secretarial and administration work for clients, including fortune 500 companies, multinational corporations and listed companies as well as high net-worth individuals. She handles annual compliance and filing, corporate restructuring and bank account opening. She also assists lawyers in due diligence exercises, Companies Ordinance and regulatory compliance and merges and acquisitions work.
The department also handles Hong Kong incorporated companies and entities and all companies incorporated in other major jurisdictions, including the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Cayman Islands.
Grace speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
